The amount of students vary per course, rest assured you will get personal attention as well as be able to practice with other students. 
2) Are there places available?
Yes there are.  If a class was full, a 'sold out' notification will be here in red.. 
3) Why do I need to fill in the booking form as well?
The booking form is to get your certificate and accreditation for attending the course.  It needs to be filled in full in order to get personalized accreditation and certification ready for you before the course starts. It is also a legal requirement to join.
