To keep things smooth and easy, and to prevent any possibility of potential legal confusion, the following legal terms are set .
Terms and Conditions
By using this site and/or the services offered within these web pages, you are legally and morally agreeing to the following:

• You are courteous and aged 18 or over, with an open heart and an open mind. Anyone under 18 must have an adult present at all times.
• All services are subject to availability, offered for purposes of guidance and assistance, and given at our discretion and convenience.
• During a Theta Healing®  Session/Course or psychic reading you are genuine, honest and cooperative at all times.
• Theta Healing Academy or any of it's teachers is not liable for the misuse of any services by clients/students, offered herein, and reserves the right to refuse or end services at any time
• You are solely responsible for your own self, life-path and the fulfilment of your life’s purpose. The accuracy or effectiveness of any services cannot be guaranteed.
• You have the ability to change your own reality and future.
• Services and products are not intended,  recommended or given as substitutes for any legal,
  medical, psychiatric or other orthodox types of professional assistance.
• There is currently an administration charge for the return of unauthorised appointment payments. For all sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time. All course fee deposits are non refundable. In the event you cannot attend a course you paid for, you may attend another course of equivalent value with us, within 6 months of the course date. 
  There are no refunds for courses paid for and booked.  You agree to give us written notice if unable to attend a course paid for.  If for any reason we cancel the course, the fees will be returned to you.
  
• In the event of a medical emergency your refund will be given minus PayPal charges and an admin fee of £15.  
  Outside of a medical emergency we cannot issue a refund for deposits or class fees. 
• If you should phone late or arrive late, the time may be deducted from your appointment as there is a schedule and other people to consider, and refunds cannot be made.
• Theta Healing Academy is unable to answer questions outside of a consultation or class.
• You must secure an appointment time before paying for your session
  In the event of cancellation of the session 48 hours minimum notice, Paypal fees incurred
  will be deducted from any refunds and admin charge of £15.
  This website has thoughts and opinions expressed by clients, teachers and the founder of Theta Healing® .  You are encouraged to seek professional medical advice if you suffer from any medical illness.  Our sessions and trainings do not replace or negate medical opinions
  given to you by a professional doctor.
  Every article, blog (solely for education purposes), image and writings on this website may not be reproduced electronically or otherwise without the express written permission of the owners.

• However, the importance of changing subconscious beliefs is biologically verified by Bruce Lipton's scientific research. We thank Mr Lipton for referring us clients and for his diligence and passion.
• Theta Healing Academy's events maybe filmed and photographed. Exception: personal sharing,  sessions and demonstrations not filmed unless students give permission.  By booking your place you agree to be filmed or photographed at a discreet distance and waive all rights to those images..
